Pastry Chef de Partie (4 days on, 3 days off)

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Cliveden House. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of exquisite pastries and desserts in our 3 Rosette Restaurant, The Cliveden Dining Room. We are looking for an individual with a strong culinary background, a creative flair, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of pastry craftsmanship.

Our ideal candidate should:

  • Possess culinary qualifications and/or relevant experience in pastry arts, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Work closely with our pastry team to prepare and execute a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, demonstrating precision and attention to detail in pastry preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing new pastry recipes and menu items with our Head Pastry Chef
  • Show a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen
  • Display strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Be adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Show a passion for pastry arts and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality and flavour in every creation at Cliveden House
