Conference & Banqueting Assistant

Cliveden House is currently seeking a dedicated and organised Conference & Banqueting Assistant to join our exceptional events team. As a Conference & Banqueting Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of conferences, banquets, and special events hosted at Cliveden House.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Assist in the setup and preparation of conference and banqueting spaces according to event specifications
• Coordinate with the events team to ensure all requirements are met and exceeded for each function
• Provide support during events, including serving food and beverages, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a polished and professional appearance
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of service and address any issues promptly
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in conference and banqueting areas
• Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup tasks
