Spa Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Spa Housekeeping Supervisor to join our 5* luxury Spa. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee and elevate the cleanliness and ambiance of our spa facilities. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, and a passion for creating a serene environment for our guests. This role is a full time contract working 5 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends. The role involves managing the Spa Housekeeping department from a rota and equipment ordering perspective but also includes working alongside the Spa Attendants with daily cleaning duties.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Possess experience in a Spa Housekeeping or Hotel Housekeeping supervisory or management role
• Work closely with our team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Embrace a hands-on approach in ensuring the spa facilities are maintained to a high standard
• Demonstrate leadership skills with strong team work; the role does include working alongside the team of Spa Attendants with housekeeping duties
• Be committed to creating a tranquil and hygienic atmosphere for guests
• Display a keen interest in continuous improvement
• Be proactive and quick-thinking, ensuring the spa environment contributes to an overall relaxing experience for our guests
