What will you be doing?

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Cluster Reservations and Revenue Manager at 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments and The Chelsea Townhouse

  • To assist in maximizing revenues through Management of all revenue streams, by implementing proactive, strategic selling strategies & action plans that are aimed to deliver budgeted revenues.
  • Assisting with the development of the entire revenue function with a dynamic approach to improving working practice and communication with 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments and The Chelsea Townhouse
  • To be confident in ensuring techniques are applied to maximise revenues all revenue streams using the following tools:
  • To take ownership and be responsible for yield managing the systems effectively, analyse conversion and C&E booking lead times, analyse market trends through STR reporting and ensure to monitor competitor performance and market share through appropriate reports
  • Effective management of availability through all distribution channels
  • To be confident and passionate in ensuring that every opportunity to sell across all hotels is understood and explored throughout the central sales team.
  • To assist and produce accurate financial forecasts for 111 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments and The Chelsea Townhouse
  • Manage rate loading and rate mapping with third parties
  • Efficiently handling requests for room rates
  • Provide analytics to evaluate rates.
  • To take pride in being an active role in developing and nurturing existing customer accounts.
  • To lead, coach and develop the Reservations Team across 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse.
