Aim of the Food & Beverage Assistant:

To support the Restaurant Management team by delivering exceptional service and surpassing guest expectations with your expertise and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Assistant:

  • Take pride in creating memorable experiences for guests in all areas of Food and Beverage.
  • Be thoroughly prepared for each service with comprehensive menu knowledge.
  • Ensure the restaurant and your station are impeccably set up for all services.
  • Show dedication to guest satisfaction by attending team briefings to understand special occasions, requirements, and VIP guests.
  • Maintain a professional and consistent service style as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with your Restaurant Supervisor to provide a seamless dining experience.
  • Present yourself impeccably while serving Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner.

Food & Beverage Assistant - About you 

  • Experience in a 4* or 5* hotel restaurant is preferred.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and confidence in team communication.
