- Shifts: Various shifts between 7am – 11pm, including weekends (5 days out of 7)
Receptionist - Responsibilities
- Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
- Be intuitive and constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.
- Have expert knowledge of our hotel amenities and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest services to drive sales.
- Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
Receptionist - About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
Experience in a hotel/reception environment is advantageous.
