About you as Director of Revenue
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality revenue management role
- Comptetent with hospitality systems, preferably Opera Cloud and Revenue Management Systems
- Inquisitive, logical and objective thinker
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth via multiple distribution channels
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Key responsibilities of the Director of Revenue role
- Working closely with the Group Revenue Director, the Director of Revenue will be responsible for the yield strategy to drive transient and group revenue.
- To assist in maximizing revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and food and beverage outlets
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise revenue across all periods
- Produce and manage accurate forecasts as per company guidelines to predict demand and adjust strategies accordingly
- Utilise yield management techniques to create demand, ensuring there is a clear strategy in place and rates are inline with market demand
- Monitor and analyse competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive while studying market demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory controls
- Track key performance indicators such as MPI, ARI & RGI
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of revenue management strategies on overall profitability
- Support, train and mentor team members ensuring they are fully trained on ILH standards, tasks and reporting

Mayfair is synonymous with status, heritage and prestige and up until the mid 18th century was largely rural, famous for its annual May Fair. The townhouses lining Half Moon Street formed the setting for Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest.
