About you as Bar Supervisor

• Personality, style and charm are must haves for The Dandy Bar
• Passion and experience in mixology and cocktail creativity
• Previous supervisory/management experience is desirable
• Supportive, motivating nature with attentiont to detail

Aim of the Bar Supervisor role

To assist in the smooth running of the Dandy Bar, making drinks, cocktails and supervising the team to a flawless service from morning 'til night!

Key responsibilties of the Bar Supervisor role 

• Supervise the bar team with support in training, development and service levels
• Ensuring guests are welcomed as soon as possible and orders taken swiftly
• Taking ownership of shifts and being a point of contact for the team when needed
• Use previous experience to help grow the Dandy team into bar superstars
• Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained for billing, signing of bills and taking of payments throughout the service
• Possess faultless knowledge of all food and drink on the Dandy menus
• To carry out cleaning of bar area and equipment on a regular basis
• Be confident in taking orders for spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks etc, taking every opportunity to maximise sales in a discreet and professional manner
• Take ownership in accurately charging guests for items purchased 
• Complete closing checklists and double check workplace standards as well as supervising other members of the team
• To be confident in responding to any guest/staff enquiries in a professional manner 
• Support the Bar Manager and F&B Manager with fresh ideas, training and development of the team
