Deputy General Manager

We are currently in search of an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to become an integral part of our team, with a primary focus on guiding and inspiring our team whilst overseeing day-to-day operations. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to join our management team. We are looking for an individual with a creative mindset, who brings a passionate and empathetic approach, and possesses a dedication to every detail. This commitment is vital in ensuring that Cliveden House remains at the forefront of our industry, not just in terms of service and hospitality, but also in maintaining the supportive work environment we champion for our team.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Possess a background with a 5 Red Star rating or equivalent
• Have experience as a Deputy General Manager or Hotel Manager in a similar luxury property
• Preferably demonstrable knowledge of luxury food, beverage and event operations
• Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead and inspire our team
• Embrace a proactive, hands-on approach
• Express commitment in providing exceptional care to our team and to our guests
• Demonstrate a keen interest in contributing to our ongoing improvement efforts
• Display financial acumen
• Be a quick thinker with a drive for excellence
