As Reception Manager, part of the Front Office team at 11 Cadogan Gardens, you are the reason our Guests keep coming back for more. The Reception Manager work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from Check in right through check out, to ensure that every guest wants to return. 

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant at The Chelsea Townhouse

  • To take ownership and pride in ensuring the welfare of all Front Office staff, completing coffee chats and appraisals, preparing and covering rotas, authorising holidays and providing on shift training.
  • To work closely with your team across the properties, showing flexibility in coverage and support.
  • To ensure that team members can perform their duties to the standard required across the hotels.
  • Ensure that the Rooms Division Department is kept informed of all guest activity for their arrival, stay and departure and of any special requirements or changes pertaining to reservations, groups, Private Events, packages and promotions.
  • To take responsibility in preparing and presenting daily handovers between shifts and departments
  • To attend Daily Operations, BEO and Finance meetings when possible and be familiar with monthly revenue budgets and targets.
  • To take pride and ownership of the smooth running and efficient organisation of the Rooms Division in line with established procedures and standards.
  • To ensure adequate and thorough training of all service standards required as per yearly audits.
