About the role:

As a Duty Manager supporting the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams  across 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse – the only Relais & Châteaux properties in London – you play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the management and service teams, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both properties, maintaining the highest standards from breakfast through to dinner. Your leadership and presence on the floor will help create memorable moments for our guests, drive service excellence, and support our teams in exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
