Restaurant Manager - Aim of the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you will lead and inspire the team to drive the restaurant and bar forward, increasing profitability by reducing costs and wastage while enhancing guest experiences and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• With passion and ownership, manage the Restaurant, Bar and Lounges
• Maintain high standards of service as specified by the Company.
• ake ownership of the Food & Beveradge department administration.
• Prepare and present training sessions and briefings to the Company's specifications.
• Be confident and knowledgeable about all services offered in the Hotel.
• Ensure all guests' wishes are met as reasonably possible.
• Foster respect and teamwork with other departments.
• Keep staff updated on Food & Beveradge department and Hotel goals, budgets, and standards.
• Liaise with Chefs: Communicate customer feedback, possible improvements, daily menus, and business.
• Ensure thorough and correct billing procedures.
• Coordinate with Reception/Reservations for table bookings and special requests.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Vision at all times.
