Aim of the Breakfast Manager role 

To consistently deliver breakfast service and events to the highest possible level whilst driving departmental profitability, excellent leadership and maximising the guest experience.

About you as Breakfast Manager

• Previous experience running busy breakfast in hotel environment
• Proven Supervisory or managerial experience is desirable
• Passion for 5 star standards
• Organised, attentive and on the ball at all times to deliver quick paced service
• Charming hosting skills to build rapport with guests an offer memorable experiences

Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Manager

• Ensure that a consistent and smooth Breakfast service is implemented with all SOP’s adhered to by means of training and supervision
• Lead the Clubroom team to excelling standards of service to ensure guests’ expectations are surpassed
• Take ownership that the billing procedure is thorough, correct and signed at completion of each cover
• Provide daily briefings to ensure the team are aware of VIPs, special requetss,daily figures including upselling targets
• Prepare and host any early events that are on site, and preparing set up for events later that day
• Support F&B Manager with administration of Clubroom team, including rotas, stock, orders, training and development of the team
• Be flexible to support other F&B areas within the hotel to help the department flourish
