Sommelier de Rang
We are currently in search of a knowledgeable and personable Sommelier de Rang to join our esteemed team at Cliveden House. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional wine service and enhance the dining experience for our guests. We are looking for an individual with a passion for wine, a refined palate, and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Possess a strong background in wine service, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Provide expert guidance to guests on wine selections, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of varietals, regions, and pairings
- Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring each guest receives personalised attention and enjoys a memorable wine experience
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with guests and colleagues
- Show a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and hospitality
- Display a keen interest in continuous learning and professional development in the field of wine
- Be proactive and quick-thinking, adapting to the needs of guests and ensuring their satisfaction with every aspect of the dining experience at Cliveden House.

- £32,300 annual salary (Full time - 48 hours)
